10:00 - Start of Middle Distance Model Event (next to Middle Distance Event map).

16:00 - End of Model Event (Middle and Long Distances).

January 9^th 2010
10:00 - Secretariat Opening.
11:00 - Start of Long Distance Event (Santana do Campo).
18:00 - Night Sprint Event in Arraiolos Village.
20:00 - Official Dinner offered to all participants in Arraiolos Pavillion (near Night Sprint Arrival). The Menu will be Alentejo Regional Food. 

January 10^th 2010
07:00 - Secretariat Opening.
09:00 - Start of Middle Distance Event (Barrocal - São Pedro da Gafanhoeira) - World Ranking Event (WRE).
13:30 - Prize-Giving and Closing Ceremony.

Entries

Athletes with FPO-Portuguese Orienteering Federation license number should submit entries in OASIS (www.fpo.pt) system.

• Name(s) of participant(s);
• Birth Date;
• FPO-Portuguese Orienteering Federation license number (those participants who are not affiliated to FPO);
• Identity Card number (participants who are not affiliated to FPO). Non-Portuguese participants must state Passport number;
• Entry Class;
• Days/events to participate (for each participant).
• SportIdent Card number (if participant hasn't one, it will have to be rented)

Entries for Open Classes may be done until the day of the event, although conditioned to the availability of enough maps.

OPT1 : Easy Short - The course uses safe linear references. With no technical skills needed and very low physical requirement and a great opportunity for sightseeing.

OPT2 : Difficult Short - The course uses safe linear references. Basic technical skills are needed but very low physical skills are required and also with the opportunity for sightseeing.

OPT3 : Easy Long - The course uses safe linear references. Basic technical skills are needed and physical skills are required and also with the opportunity for sightseeing.

OPT4 : Difficult Long - Formal orienteering course that requires technical orienteering skills and some physical skills.

Accommodation

Hard Floor (sleeping floor) will be made available at Arraiolos Pavillion. It opens January, 8th.

Showers

Available at the Municipal Pavillion in Arraiolos (Hard Floor).

SportIdent

The electronic control system SportIdent will be used during "International Meeting of Arraiolos 2010".
If the participant hasn't one, must rent a SI Card.
Losing or not returning a rented SI Card implies payment of 30 €.
