About Us
GAFANHORI
The GAFANHORI club was created on 10th September 2008 by a group of young that practiced orienteering . Since then it has maintained its activity related to the organization of Orienteering competitions and participation in the calendar events of the Portuguese Orienteering Federation.
The team
Since 2008 the team organizes events and participates in competitions.
Cartography and valorization of the territory
One of the pillars for the activity of the club is the production of Orienteering maps, to organize competitions and trainings.
Headquarters and area of action
Headquartered in São Pedro da Gafanhoeira, we have developed our organizational activity in the municipality of Arraiolos.
Contribution to sports tourism
Through our organizational activity, we promote the coming of many people to our county, thus contributing to the local economy.
